Specialized in sports performance training 8 years experience as a personal trainer. Former collegiate athlete at Northwestern State Cortez is a certified personal trainer and Advocare health and wellness coach. Cortez received a bachelor’s degree at Northwestern State. He played four years of Division 1 football for the Demons. Upon graduation he played one season of arena football in Allen, Texas. Cortez has always had a passion for developing his body to perform at its highest peak. Cortez believes workouts should be fun, challenging, progressive and rewarding all at the same time. He values the law of universe: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, meaning whatever you put into something is what you get out of it. Cortez is positive, motivating and determined to help as many people as he can live a healthy and fit lifestyle.
